We’ve put together guides for the moments that matter mostmeltdowns, mornings, school conversations, and the “why won’t anything work?” spiral.
Real strategies you can try tonight, written by someone who gets it.
What you’ll find:
Personalised Membership $42/month — cancel anytime
This isn’t another parenting course that makes you feel worse about what you’re not doing. It’s ongoing support for families whose kids don’t run on the standard operating system, bite-sized lessons you can actually finish, a community that understands, and new strategies added regularly as your child grows and changes.

What’s inside:
Guided Programme
$497 one-time
For families who want guided, intensive support, not just information, but implementation. Some situations need more than courses and community. Maybe you’ve been struggling for years and need someone to help you see what you’re missing. Maybe school is falling apart and you need a plan now. Maybe you just want the confidence of knowing you’re doing the right things for your specific child.
Everything in the General Membership for three months, plus two 1:1 coaching calls. For families who want a more hands-on start.
After the programme: You’ll have the understanding and tools to keep going independently. You may choose to continue with monthly membership for ongoing community and new content, but that’s completely optional.
More Support If You Need It
Not everyone does — and that’s fine. But if you want a clearer picture of how your child’s brain actually works, or you’re at a point where you need someone in your corner helping you implement, these are here when you’re ready.
Common Questions
What if I’ve already done lots of assessments?
OWLS is different. It’s designed for parents, not clinicians, focuses on practical strategies rather than diagnosis, and leads with strengths not deficits. If you’ve got a folder full of reports that don’t translate into daily life, this might be the missing piece. And it’s included in your membership from day one.
I don’t have much time. Will I actually use this?
We get it. Everything is designed for real life — lessons are bite-sized, resources are downloadable, and nothing assumes you have hours to spare. If you can find 10-15 minutes a few times a week, you can make progress.
How is this different from seeing a specialist?
We’re not a replacement for clinical support when you need it. What we offer is the practical, daily stuff — strategies for home and school, community support, and ongoing guidance as your child grows. Many families use Untangle alongside (or while waiting for) specialist services.
Why NZ-specific?
Because navigating RTLB, ORS funding, and the public health system is completely different from what US or UK resources cover. Our content is built for New Zealand families, with a directory of local services and guidance that actually applies here.
Can I cancel membership anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no penalties. If it’s not right for your family, you can cancel with one click and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What if I’m not sure which option is right?
Start with the free resources. No pressure to buy anything. When you’re ready, the Personalised Membership gives you a plan built around your child from day one.
You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
Whether you start with a free guide, join the membership, or dive straight into understanding your child’s unique profile — you’re taking a step toward something different.
Not more generic advice. Not another list of “easy” strategies that don’t work for your kid. Just practical support designed for the reality of raising a neurodivergent child in New Zealand.
Start wherever makes sense for you.
